So, players will more than likely want to tie the knot in game. I'd like to present that option!
Players must first become engaged. Here are some commands:
PROPOSE TO <player> - You can propose to someone, but in order to do you, you MUST have a ring in your inventory. If they accept, the ring will automatically be given to them.
ACCEPT/DENY PROPOSAL - When someone proposes to you, you will be able to accept or deny the proposal.
After your engagements, you can begin planning your wedding ceremony!
- City leaders can marry you
- Mid-high ranking members in godly orders can marry you
- Gods can marry you.
Here are further commands associated with marriage:
MARRY <player1> TO <player2> - This commands will marry two people. The second player name listed on this command will take the name of the first player.
Example:
Jarvus Yarvis and Wynris Everglade are getting married. If the couple want to take on Wynris' last name, you would use this command:
MARRY WYNRIS TO JARVUSOr is Wynris wanted to take Jarvus' last name, you'd go:
MARRY JARVUS TO WYNRISOnce the command MARRY <player1> TO <player2> option is given, both characters will be prompted with this text:
Do you wish to join in matrimony with <playername>?
Please AGREE or DENY.If a player agrees, it will obviously then show up in their help file that they are married. If they are only engaged, that will show up too. Please look below for a rough example.
