Bank Ideas

I'd like to add improvements to the monetary system in Encarnia. See my other post.
For example the city bank charges a set fee every month depending on the size of your bank account.
Also they allow you to change between currencies for a price.
Instead of Withdraw <amount> <reason> there can be an NPC that deals with the city leader to withdraw from the city funds.

Just confirmed with Ash that we will just be having silver as the currency.

Also, I do much prefer the option to WITHDRAW <amount><reason>. Because it would allow other city officials to keep each other in check to ensure no one is abusing the city coffers.

But yes, the city could possibly choose to set a monthly banking fee, on top of the amount that comes out from withdrawing it. We will have to go over those options.

Withdraw <reason> seems like the most efficient method to me, but it'll of course have to wait until there are actually multiple reasons to withdraw. Which could be a long time.

Basically, one of the forms of player-managed PvP control would drain from the city coffers, this will be the only use for city coffers at first.

Some day we may have a war system and city guards, things like that will definitely drain from the city coffers.
